The CamlooCam support desk is one email address, [email protected]. Below is what to send for each kind of problem, so the first reply can fix things instead of asking you questions.

Where should you write?

Write to [email protected] about anything at all: coin purchases, a camera that will not start, a profile you want removed, a report that needs more detail. There is no form and no ticket number to remember. Use an address you check, because that is where the reply goes.

Before you write about a technical problem, it is worth two minutes on the how it works page. A blocked camera permission or a second tab holding the microphone explains most of the “it doesn’t work” emails we see.

What details should go in your email?

Your display name, your device and browser, roughly when it happened and a screenshot if something looked wrong. The faster we can find your account and see what you saw, the faster it gets solved, and a short email with those details beats a long one without them.

  • Your display name on CamlooCam, exactly as it appears.
  • The device and browser, for example iPhone with Safari or a Windows laptop with Chrome.
  • Roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
  • A screenshot if something on screen looks wrong.

What is the right way to report another user?

Use the report option on her profile or in the stream first, because that attaches the right account automatically. Then, if the situation was serious, email us with the display name, what was said and roughly when, so there is a written record sitting alongside the report.

Please do not post someone’s private details in your email, even to prove a point. A display name and a short description of what happened are enough for us to find the right account.

The safety guide explains when to skip, block or report, and what is worth keeping off camera in the first place.

Coins and payments

If CamlooCam coins you paid for did not arrive, or a gift seems to have gone missing, include the purchase time, the amount, and the payment confirmation or receipt number. Please do not send full card numbers. The coins page explains free matches, the Reward Center and what coins are used for, which answers a lot of billing questions before they start.

How soon does CamlooCam support write back?

It depends on how many emails the CamlooCam inbox is holding and how much checking your case needs, so we do not promise a fixed time. Simple questions are usually quicker than payment checks. Sending everything from the list above in your first email is the most reliable way to shorten the wait.

While you wait, the site keeps working. You can go back to the CamlooCam home page and start a new match, or add the site to your phone with the home screen guide so it is one tap away next time.

Before you write

Quick answers about getting help.

Is there a phone number for CamlooCam?

Support runs by email only, at [email protected], so every request has a written record that we can check against your account.

Can I delete my CamlooCam profile?

You can. Email [email protected], include your display name and say you want the profile removed. We may ask a question to confirm the profile is yours.

Who should I contact about a payment?

Write to [email protected] with the time of the purchase, the amount and the receipt or confirmation number. Leave out full card details.

My camera does not work. Should I email?

Check first that the browser has camera and microphone permission and that no other tab or app is using them. If it still fails, email us with your device and browser.

Can I suggest a feature?

Ideas are welcome at the same address. Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way; that helps more than a feature name alone.
