01 Who may use CamlooCam

You must be at least 18 years old to use CamlooCam, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are younger, do not use the site. Accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18 will be removed, and users should report anyone who seems underage straight away.

You may not use CamlooCam if we have previously removed your account, or if using it would break the law in your country. You are responsible for the device, connection and browser you use to reach the site.

02 Your profile

A guest profile is created when you first visit. You can keep it as it is or add a display name and photo. Whatever you add must be yours to use and must not pretend to be someone else. Keep your session private on shared devices; anything done from your profile is treated as done by you.

03 How to behave

CamlooCam works because strangers are willing to talk to each other. These rules keep it that way, in random matches, profile messages, calls from a profile and comments in live streams alike.

• No nudity, sexual acts or sexual content on camera, in photos or in messages.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech or bullying, including after someone has said no.
• No content involving minors in any form, and no attempts to contact minors.
• No scams: do not ask for money, gift cards, bank details or payments outside the site.
• No spam, advertising or pushing people to other services.
• No recording, screenshotting or sharing other users’ images or chats without their consent.
• No impersonation, fake profiles or attempts to get around a block or a ban.
• No attacks on the site itself, including automated access, scraping or interfering with matching.

04 Your part in keeping chats safe

Skipping with Next, blocking and reporting are there for you to use. If a chat makes you uncomfortable, you do not owe anyone an explanation before leaving it. Never share passwords, payment details or anything that identifies where you live or work, and never send money to someone you met on the site. If you think someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first and then tell us.

Breaking these rules on another person’s behalf, for example by running an account for someone else, is treated the same as breaking them yourself.

05 Coins, VIP and gifts

CamlooCam is free to start. New users receive free matches, and the Reward Center on the match screen hands out additional free matches to people who stay online. How many free matches are given, and when, can change at any time.

Coins are a virtual item bought inside the site. They can be used for matches once free ones are used up, and for gifts in chats and live streams. VIP is an optional paid upgrade. Coins and VIP have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person except as gifts within the site, and cannot be exchanged for money. You see the price on screen before any payment goes through. Purchases are generally final once delivered, except where local law gives you a right to a refund.

06 Live streams

The Live tab lets you watch streams, write comments, send gifts with coins and ask for a one-on-one chat from inside a stream. Starting your own stream is not available on user accounts. The rules on behaviour above apply to comments in the same way as to private chats.

07 Content you share

You keep ownership of your photos and messages. By posting them on CamlooCam, you give us permission to store, display and process them as needed to run the site, for example showing your photo to people you match with and translating your text messages. You are responsible for what you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

08 Reports, restrictions and removal

Anyone can report an account from the chat or profile. We may look at reports and related activity and, where we believe the rules were broken, warn, restrict, suspend or remove the account, with or without notice. Coins left on a removed account for breaking these terms are not refunded unless the law requires it.

You can stop using CamlooCam at any time and ask us to delete your profile by emailing [email protected].

09 No guarantees about uptime or matches

We work to keep CamlooCam running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or that a match will always be found right away. Features may change or be removed. The people you meet are other users, not employees, and we are not responsible for what they say or do, though we act on reports.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use CamlooCam after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the site.

Should a court where you live strike out one clause, every other clause here keeps working. Nothing here takes away rights that local consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
